friendly staff

The bathroom requires an update!!! It's baffling that pool hours claim to be until 8pm, yet are closed by 7pm. A kettle in each room would be a simple amenity that could ease your stay immensely!!!

the kutaya is just a 15-minute drive from the airport, making it super convenient. i loved the clean and spacious superior double room, complete with great air conditioning and a cozy balcony. the refreshing swimming pool is a perfect spot to cool off after exploring. the staff were truly amazing, always welcoming and eager to help, which made my stay even better.

The location is perfect, just a short drive from the airport and close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the grilled items that added a nice touch. The Kutaya provided a comfortable stay with a clean and spacious superior double room that offered a cozy balcony. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and eager to assist. A highlight was the breakfast. we enjoyed options like an egg scramble and Indonesia-style fried rice, which were both delicious and fulfilling. Additionally, the proximity to the airport made it incredibly convenient for my work-related travels.
